Luxembourg, April 15, 2026 - The Luxembourg-based startup DataChi announces the launch of its AI Virtual Team Mates (VTMs) platform, a suite of artificial intelligence agents designed to assist sales teams with certain operational tasks related to prospecting, opportunity tracking, and customer relationship management.  Developed in Luxembourg, the solution is built on a European technological architecture designed to meet the requirements of compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the principles of digital sovereignty.

Sales teams facing increasing operational workload

In many organizations, sales teams spend a significant portion of their time on operational tasks necessary for managing sales activities. Updating CRM systems, sending follow-up emails, researching prospects, scheduling meetings, and preparing sales calls are all part of the daily activities that structure the sales process.

According to DataChi, this accumulation of tasks can limit the time available for direct customer interactions and opportunity management. In some cases, it can also make it more difficult to monitor the sales pipeline, leading to delayed follow-ups or missed opportunities. The startup describes this situation as a commercial execution capacity issue, rather than simply an individual productivity problem.

Specialized AI agents to support the sales cycle

The DataChi platform is based on a team of specialized artificial intelligence agents designed to operate at different stages of the sales cycle. Some agents focus on identifying prospects that match a target profile and preparing outreach actions. Others help structure commercial information by facilitating CRM updates or generating meeting summaries. Additional agents support teams in managing sales opportunities, particularly by helping prioritize the pipeline and handle follow-ups. The entire system is designed to function as an operational layer that complements the tools already used by sales teams.

‘AI should not replace sales teams, but help them focus on what truly creates value, ‘ says Rai Chadee, founder of DataChi. ‘By automating certain operational tasks, we aim to give teams back the time they need to focus on customer relationships, sales strategy, and decision-making.’
